Sue and her friends quickly conclude that smoking makes them nauseous and sick, causes them to smell horribly and subsequently earns them disapproval from Sue's mother for their foolish behavior. After some pointed questions and clear guidance from her mother, Sue decides that smoking is not something she wants to continue.
